I have been using mouthwash religiously for years. I always believed alcohol was good and killed the germs. I started having gum pain that would not go away. My wife suggested this ‘clean’ product and I have not had pain since! I will never go back to using other name brand mouth washes (I also found out alcohol can cause cancer in mouthwash). Not sure how the magic works, I’m just happy that it does! My dentist likes it too.

I absolutely love this mouthwash. I love minty breath and this leaves my mouth fresh for hours. I keep a bottle in my car, and use it throughout the day. The only annoying thing is that they recommend you don’t drink or eat for 30 mins after use, so plan your mouthwash accordingly:) I will definitely be buying more!!

I purchased the whitening kit and followed the 7-day recommended regimen using the strips, toothpaste, and mouthwash. I could visibly see my teeth becoming whiter as the days progressed. I was so impressed with the results, I purchased more strips to apply once a week for maintenance. I'm very pleased with the product and highly recommend them for anyone seeking a whiter, brighter smile without experiencing offputting pain and sensitivity.

Feels good after rinsing

Very good product so far, no harsh chemicals. Mouth "Feels" clean. I hope it stops the bad bacteria from growing and causing cavities. I will update the review to make sure it is not just a placebo affect.

This is great stuff. The ingredients are really good and I feel great using it. I almost gave it 4 starts because it is an acquired taste but it's really fine. I diluted it a bit so it is good now. (makes it last a bit longer too) The company has great service and follows up for any problems or questions. Good purchase.

I don't write reviews often, but I am so impressed with this simple and natural mouthwash. I've had issues with bad breath from gum disease and using this twice a day has radically cleared up both the breath and improved my gum health. I'm a convert, and will never go back to chemicals perfumed with mint that doesn't really work.

I don۪t use mouthwash. But lately I have been suffering with dry mouth, and wondered if using it would help. I actually think it is helping a bit. I can۪t be sure as I haven۪t been using it long enough to really note a HUGE difference. I do know that this stuff isn۪t horrible, and since the reason I don۪t use mouthwash is that it is all pretty much toxic, this is made with no unpronounceable ingredients. I will be ordering this again. It also appears that the company is a smaller one, and they seem to really care if I am satisfied, which I am.

I think it is a great mouthwash. The ingredients are truly "all natural" and you can't get any better than what they put in it. The only minor thing I would say that could be better is wish the flavor was longer lasting. But it gets the job done a lot better than any traditional supermarket mouthwash. My gums are doing great as a result of using the product.

I love this mouthwash so much. My boyfriend tried it first because he was looking for a gentle mouthwash and found this, and now I'm addicted as well. This mouthwash is very gentle, but has a really nice wintermint flavor that doesn't burn your mouth at all. I feel like my mouth is the cleanest it's ever been, oh my god. The only thing that bums me out is the price, since 16 oz goes by fast. I just bought mine on November 12 and I already have 2/3 left.

Very good product. I use it for my adult son who is disabled. He must have his mouth cleaned and suctioned for good oral and lung health. We have tried multiple products, but this one actually keeps the bacteria down and he doesn't mind the taste.

At first, the salty taste made me not like this stuff but you get used to it, and I even enjoy it now. I can't use mouthwash with alcohol or dyes because I have Interstitial Cystitis, and didn't want to mess with swallowing trace amounts of things that make it worse. I'm so glad you emailed me to review this product~I have been looking for something natural to use, feeling like my mouth/teeth don't always feel clean, (I'm giving some to my nephew as well) I considered buying separate products at a Health Food store & essentially making my own, but that would be way pricey, so I settled for anything commercial & alcohol~free. Now that I've found Oral Essentials, there's no going back!!! The combination of ingredients plus xylitol is the key, especially clove. It's so mild, not harsh like commercial brands, swishing 60 seconds 2~3 times a day, really does the trick & lasts! I highly recommend this product, to anyone who's had similar oral concerns.

So far I love the product. Has a slightly salty, mint fresh taste. I like the natural ingredients included.

I think I have been using this product for about a month. Firstly, it tastes wonderful. Secondly, I am a tooth NUT so I am likely to pay the money for that all natural, pH balancing, mineral filled, enamel building product that helps my gum health and maintain a cavity free lifestyle. The other reviewers are correct in saying that there is a difference in using this product and the store bought ones. This is better, less harsh/burning, and not a bunch of added sugar. I think the Dead Sea minerals may assist in remineralizing your teeth as well. (I had a soft spot...otherwise pre decay...that is completely gone now.) The only difference in my dental routine was the rinse. Other than that, I recently purchased a version of an "excellent rinse" from the dentist which specializes in ridding the mouth of oral mucosa. The stuff is horrible. Lol. Basically similar ingredients with several ounces of dread each time I tried to swish with it and more than one moment of regret for paying the price. Lastly, there was a mixup of my order with this company. I wrote them about it, received a personal letter from their Chief Operating Officer (seriously?!? Lol) and a resolution to the matter. Oh: And their customer response department is no chump either. I think I love these people. Haha. Just purchase the product; it really is fantastic and even if there is some reservation, it is highly doubtful that there will be full regret. (I need to order more.)

This is a great mouthwash. My breath smells fantastic. The challenge is that if you use the chemically enhanced products from major brands, your breath smells good, but 2 hours later it does not, and hence you need to use more of it. I recently started having gum issues. So I bought this mouthwash based on the ingredients and benefits. I have noticed that my inflammation is going down. I also noticed my teeth are becoming whiter. I actually like the taste, although it is different from the big box stores flavors. I wanted something to make my mouth smell good after I have brushed my teeth so I have bought this product. I have been using this for a while now and just love the smell of it. It has helping with tarter on my teeth as well as making my breath smell better after I brush my teeth. It has some good stuff in it as well. It totally will get the job done compared to other mouth washes I have tried in the past. This is something I have never tried but always wanted to. I have used the Oral Essential Whitening Mouthwash and was looking for a natural mouthwash that was free of preservatives, alcohol, parabens, dyes, and sugars for my children though. They are too young to be using whitening mouthwashes in my opinion. The regular mouthwash by Oral Essentials has what I am looking for in a safe natural mouthwash for my children. Simple list of ingredients: Purifies water, wintergreen oil, clove oil, spearmint oil, peppermint oil, basil oil, aloe vera juice, dead sea salt, xylitol, and purified water. * Finally a list of ingredients I can explain from beginning to end. The plastic bottle -v- essential oil issue: Three kids -v- a 16 oz bottle of mouthwash + twice a day? Yeah, I don't have to really worry about plastic leaching because of how quickly this gets used. Results: My kids really enjoy this mouthwash. Yes, I of course tried it myself before they started using it. I wouldn't let them until I did. Not strong nor harsh and leaves no weird aftertaste. My kids really like it because while it is minty it does not burn like other mouthwashes they have tried. Clean teeth make for a happy mom, kids, and dentist; who we all actually have an appointment with in two weeks. Oral Essentials is my absolute top favorite source for mouthwash. The Original Formula is a high-end contemporary tried-and-true blend of French essential oils, Dead Sea salt (packed with healthful minerals), and aloe vera juice, with xylitol. I love the name, Oral Essentials...because they are only including ingredients that will specifically help improve dental health...no needless chemical additives! Also, "Essentials" because of the healing blend of essential oils included in the formula. Xylitol is proven to reduce calories, and strengthen tooth enamel. Zylitol is more effective, and safer for your health, than fluoride treatments. My most recent mouthwash choice prior to finding Oral Essentials through Amazon, was the healthiest blend I could find on the shelf of a local store. It was doctor-formulated, and was significantly better than the big brand mouthwashes (and their generic copycats). It came in a 16-ounce bottle, just like Oral Essentials does, and included some essential oils. But they also included sodium hydroxide, sodium benzoate, and sucralose...ingredients we don't need to absorb into our bodies through our gums! Sad to say, that was the best choice on the shelf. And the big discount store price for their doctor-formulated "healthier" brand was higher than the cost of Oral Essentials on Amazon! We are getting a much better deal, more for our money, with Oral Essentials.

My husband is a truck driver, and there are rules that you can not have mouthwash on the truck that has alcohol as an ingredient. Plus we limit our sugar intake. I needed to find a mouthwash that we could use. When I tried this, I noticed straight away that there was no burning, stinging, nor a strong overpowering taste. It was mild, and I felt that I could give this mouthwash a good swishing in my mouth without feeling like I needed to spit it out as soon as I could. I just bought it and have used it twice already. I have bleeding gums and a tooth that looks like it's in the early stages of decay.. Idk. I'm going to use this religiously to see if it heals my gums and tooth decay. But already, I realize that my breath is very fresh. I ate a burger after brushing my teeth and using the mouth wash and my mouth did not smell. My breath smelled good hours after use. When swishing in the mouth, it tingles a little but no where near the harshness of alcohol-based products on the market. I'll give up update in a few weeks.

I have tried many other products in the past, but OEM is the best. I would highly recommend.

This is good for what it is. I purchased it for aftercare after my oral surgery and I couldn't use any mouthwash with alcohol. I looked around a bit online and this seemed like a good option. My only complaint is that I feel like. Y breath isn't super fresh after using it. I mean it's clean and fresh but I don't feel it. It probably has to do with havin no alcohol in it, I'm not sure.

I like this product and I am happy it's around to buy and use. Since I am very much conscious about GMO and Non Organic products, It is so nice to not have the harsh chemicals (Alcohol) in your mouth early in the morning , I've felt a huge difference freshness of my teeth, mouth, and breath since I started using. I agree It's a little bit more cost since you pay for shipping but it worth every penny! Overall, this mouthwash is great, I love how my mouth feels after wash and taste of Dead Sea Salt ! Wow! I have to use an inhaler and must thoroughly rinse my mouth afterwards. Listerine was too harsh and the other mouthwashes irritated my mouth also. My son's dentist had him use this product 3 times a day when he was having extensive cosmetic dental work. When you spend $40,000 you don't use inferior products and this mouthwash was recommended. It does not irritate your mouth and contains no harmful chemicals. There is a taste challenge because we have conditioned ourselves to the minty toothpaste and mouthwash. I am getting used to the different taste and do not experience any irritation from using it after brushing my teeth and tongue.

Excellent mouthwash! I love that it is alcohol & preservative free with an impressive list of healthy ingredients. It doesn't burn or taste toxic in your mouth but gives you a fresh clean feeling. I will definitely continue to use this product going forward.

We've been enjoying this great tasting mouth wash. Leaves a definite fresh feeling in the mouth without being harsh. The flavor is quite minty, mildly salty, and very pleasant. Happy to find a mouthwash with so few ingredients and that doesn't leave one's mouth feeling coated or slippery after use, like so many other natural mouthwashes do.

I don't write many reviews and for that matter would like to point out that this product and company are so amazing that I am actually writing the review from my phone. I think I have been using this product for about a month. Firstly, it tastes wonderful. Secondly, I am a tooth NUT so I am likely to pay the money for that all natural, pH balancing, mineral filled, enamel building product that helps my gum health and maintain a cavity free lifestyle. The other reviewers are correct in saying that there is a difference in using this product and the store bought ones. This is better, less harsh/burning, and not a bunch of added sugar. I think the Dead Sea minerals may assist in remineralizing your teeth as well. (I had a soft spot...otherwise pre decay...that is completely gone now.) The only difference in my dental routine was the rinse. Lastly, there was a mixup of my order with this company. I wrote them about it, received a personal letter from their Chief Operating Officer (seriously?!? Lol) and a resolution to the matter. Oh: And their customer response department is no chump either. I think I love these people. Haha. Just purchase the product; it really is fantastic and even if there is some reservation, it is highly doubtful that there will be full regret. (I need to order more.)

AMAZING!!! I don't usually write reviews but could not resist writing one for the rinse. I used crappy supermarket brand mouthwash's for years. Now I know the difference. Oral Essentials leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh without the nasty burning and stinging feeling that most super market brand mouthwash's do. It also has better ingredients rather than being pumped with alcohol and chemicals like other brands. I HIGHLY recommend this product!!!!!

Great mouthwash. Very effective and much easier to use than products with alcohol. I have began following the dental program recommend ed by Dr. Preston Price. 99% of commercially available dental care products contain harsh chemicals, glycerin and other ingredients that prevent your teeth from absorbing minerals from our foods and supplements. No wonder children have so many cavities today. It takes glycerin almost a month to wear off. Not good. My grandparents had great teeth in to their 80's only brushing with banking g soda and the essential oils like the ones in Oral Essentials. Toothpaste and mouthwash companies that make Crest, Colgate, etc. make billions of dollars and I find it sad. Thank you to Oral Essentials!!

I've tried a lot of mouthwashes in my life, mostly because I'm meticulous about having clean teeth and dental hygiene. This, by far, is the best mouth wash I've ever tried. It doesn't have the alcohol and deleterious chemicals that "name brands" have that result in more harm than good. Instead, this mouthwash sticks to healthy ingredients that make me feel good every time i rinse - not like I'm poisoning myself with the other, drugstore brands. I give this mouthwash a super recommendation!

Definitely can see an improvement with whiteness of teeth - wish the strips came off cleaner - I find I have to use tissues to get off the chunks of the strips that get stuck on my teeth

I love the taste and also like that it doesn't use stevia (I hate the taste) but wish the minty flavor was a little stronger. My breath feels really fresh when I brush but I feel like it wears off fast. But overall one of the best natural toothpastes/mouthwashes I've tried!

I bought this mouthwash because of the natural ingredients and also the sea salt. My gums were inflamed from a bit of gingivitis and my dentist recommended swishing with salt water. Well, salt water makes me gag horribly so that was a no go. This mouthwash was the next best thing and even though theres a hint of salt water taste, it's not overpowering and the mint helps.

I was very pleased with the ease of the whole process. And the product is great!

It leaves no sting, no weird taste, and no bad smell. This product is not officially organic, but it has so many healthy ingredients in it. I recommend you read them. 2 of the big things that are not in this is alcohol and fluoride. Both are bad for teeth. It is 12$ per 16oz bottle and you can go through this in 2 weeks. The company does not have the option to buy in bundles to reduce cost. Because of this alone, it can easily be a 3 star product. But since it is such a great quality product, I'm willing to let it slide a little.

Although I only been using it for a week it does work for dry mouth. I would recommend it for people with Dry mouth that have Sjogren's. I have a burning tongue but haven't noticed any improvement so far using the mouth wash.

This came packaged well. It doesn't taste very good, but hopefully I won't notice it pretty soon. I'm looking forward to the benefits!

It had a weird (different) taste at first. Once I got used to it, I have enjoyed knowing that it doesn't have all these chemicals and junk in it. It seems to do the job.

Took away one star because of how expensive it is for so little, but otherwise, great product and believe it's by far the best mouthwash I've used.

This seems to be a great product, but I really don't like the taste. I feel like the product works well, but I have a hard time with the taste, so I did not continue to use the product and purchased a different mouthwash instead that has a better taste to it. I may try a different flavor of this mouthwash in the future because I do feel like it is a very good product.

Great mouthwash, wish it was stronger

This is a great product to replace the mouthwash I make at home. It has about the same ingredients. And it tastes good!

For anyone who's looking for a mouthwash that doesn't burn but keeps the mouth feeling fresh and clean, look no further than this Oral Essential Mouthwash! I gave this a 4 star because of it's small bottle and no measuring cap. Overall I enjoying waking up to put on some fresh breath..
